Kendall Jenner has filed two trademarks for new beauty brands! Could her new legal strategy to start her own cosmetics line lead to a Kendall and Kylie Jenner collaboration? Fans have been hoping and wishing for the two sisters to team up, and it just might happen soon.
The model is preparing to join the likes of her sisters Kylie, as well as Kim Kardashian and put her own mark on the beauty world. She is no stranger to the business and not only because of her siblings but also, she was the face of Estée Lauder brand The Estée Edit.
Instyle is reporting the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has confirmed to the magazine that Kendall has filed papers for two different trademarks. The brand name “Kendall” and “Kendall Jenner” will soon belong to the model, so she can launch her own beauty business.

Both trademarks were filed for various cosmetics products, as well as skin care products that include hair, makeup, and fragrance. Lip gloss, shower gels, and skin cleansers are also listed, which means the reality TV star is covering all of her beauty bases.
What does the filing for the trademark mean? It means a couple of different things. First is that all of her various modeling contracts forbidding her from starting her own beauty business are over. She is no longer banned from creating her own beauty empire.
Second, it means she will no longer be the only Kardashian or Jenner without a side business. Modeling was her career, and Keeping Up With The Kardashians is her hobby but now she can have her own brand.
All of her famous sisters have side companies based on their own brands, helping solidify their booming business. Kendall won’t be a model forever, so it makes sense she is working to build her brand separate from her famous family.
