UK festival favourites Sam and The Womp are back with their brilliant new single ‘Posh Ragga’. The track features MC Solomon and is lifted off the group’s new EP ‘Bee Sides’ which is a record consisting of a selection of potential B-Sides that never saw the light of day, until now.
Speaking about the EP, Sam and The Womp said: “The Bee Sides EP is a collection of previously unreleased songs that we think compliment each other, characteristically rich with fat brass and heavy bass, with a Balkan-Dub flavour, showing off our musicianship and experimental side. With the digital age B Sides have become a dated idea, but with this EP we are bringing back the concept and opening up a debate!”
‘Posh Ragga’ has been written by Sam Ritchie, Aaron Horn, Bloem De Wilde De Ligny, Alessandro Canini, Raz Olsher and Paul Barrett and was produced by Raz Olsher, Sam Ritchie and Aaron Horn.
