The Britney Spears conservatorship drama gets more confusing by the day. In a recent court date, the judge overseeing the case asked that Britney sign a declaration giving a firsthand account of how she feels about her situation — her lawyer’s response was surprising.
Sam Ingham, who serves as her attorney, said that she lacked the capacity to sign a declaration and likened her to a comatose patient. This raises questions surrounding the issue of whether she should be under a conservatorship as strict as hers.
This particular issue of Britney herself expressing her feelings came up after it was revealed her father, Jamie Spears, wants the pop star to perform again.
